On the Adobe Acrobat team I directed all web content for adobe.com on the creative and document clouds helping to migrate and standardize frameworks during a transformative time for Adobe while they developed and championed their AI initiatives and underwent a complete brand redesign.
The introduction of interactive marquees (see below) was a project I led that tested over two different periods to increase engagement, and rolled out from test to live pages globally.
The tax season campaign that ran from January 18 to February 18, 2024 implemented a new ambassador-led content strategy featuring brand strategist Phil Pallen and was a top performing promotion (within UK and US) that led with 1.6M impressions. Phil provided tutorial videos highlighting the scan, organize and share product features and a landing page, emails and digital ads highlighted the campaign.
